We are thrilled to announce the completion of the H.Space project, a joint effort between our team and Hyundai in Nošovice. Over the course of three years, together with our colleagues from the Design & Build department, Ezequiel González Sánchez and Ondřej Slavík, we have helped Hyundai create state-of-the-art offices within their manufacturing complex.

Our goal was to create an environment suitable for hybrid work, fostering employee well-being, collaboration, and communication within the company. Working with the largest open space area in the Czech Republic, housed in a building completed 15 years ago, we undertook various aspects of the project.

Workplace Advisory: One of the key components of our work was developing a new workplace strategy tailored for hybrid work methods. We carefully considered the needs of the employees and designed a strategy that would optimize their productivity and satisfaction in the workplace.

Office Design: We embarked on a complete redesign of all office facilities within the Nošovice campus. Our aim was to create a fresh and modern atmosphere that reflects Hyundai's brand identity while providing a conducive environment for work. From open workstations to dedicated meeting rooms and breakout areas, we carefully curated each space to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Entrance Lobby and VIP Area: We didn't stop at the offices alone. We also undertook a comprehensive redesign of the main building's entrance lobby and VIP area. These spaces serve as Hyundai's front-facing areas, and it was crucial to create a lasting impression on visitors. With a focus on elegance and professionalism, we transformed these spaces into welcoming and visually striking areas.

Project Documentation and Support: Throughout the project, we provided Hyundai with extensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in the construction process. Our team was actively involved in supporting the construction team, offering guidance and expertise to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
