Location AFIHome Kolbenova is a project located in the newly developed area around Kolbenova Street, Prague 9, and near the metro station Kolbenova. It will consist of 640 rental apartments from 1+kk up to 4+kk, underground parking, and storage. It is developed in two phases, both are currently under construction. The first tenants will be populated during 1Q 2023.
