Description The Czech Technology Park is a low density development providing modern business premises for technology companies, located adjacent to the Brno University of Technology. The Phase 1 provides a total of 52,000 sqm of high specification office, research and light industrial space. The park is intended to provide a total of 190,000 sqm (Phase 1 and Phase 2) of mixed commercial accommodation for office, research and light industry, together with associated retail, leisure and services facilities. Goedel and Mach buildings are part of phase 1 - Zone A. Zone A includes an area of 5 hectares and a total of five administrative buildings that offer 30,500 sq m of office space. Zone B covers an area of 5 hectares and can accommodate five mixed-use buildings, mainly for light high-tech production with a total flight area of 26,000 sq m.
