Description BMParks Litovel is located directly at the exit no 248 off the D35 motorway connecting Olomouc and Hradec Králové. The 6,700 m2 hall can be divided into three units and has 6 direct drive-ins (+4 loading docks). Modern premises are connected to all utilities, the electric capacity is 7 MW and the premises are ready for installing overhead cranes with up to 40t loading capacity. There is also a railway siding on the site. The park also offers administrative space. The site offers a possibility of future expansion by another approx. 17 000 m2.
