Description
Centrum Sumavska offers 17,500 sq m of office and storage space that are served by two lifts. The building was built in 1925 and has undergone by a complete refurbishment in 2006. There is a storage space under the whole building. Tenants can have a rest or enjoy lunch in the courtyard. A fenced area next to the building serves as a parking area for tenants, there is also a possibility of parking on adjacent roads around the building. Restaurant is situated directly in the building.
Location and access
Centrum Sumavska is very easily accessible by car and public transport. The bus station (Botanicka Street) and tram station (Stefanikova Street) are located in the immediate vicinity. The building is connected with the centre of Brno by two main streets, Veveri and Stefanikova, between which it is situated. Tenants can easily and quickly get to the Brno Exhibition Centre or to the D1 highway by a nearby ring road, as well as to the northern highway towards Svitavy.
