PropertyMaps.cz is an information and marketing website focused on commercial real estate in the Czech Republic. Through the Site, you can browse listings of office, warehouse, industrial, retail and other commercial spaces, obtain property information, contact our teams and use tools such as calculators or the AI assistant Colly.

Property information is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a legally binding offer and may change without prior notice. Specific lease or purchase terms are always governed by an individual contract between the parties.

Artificial intelligence and the Colly assistant

The Site includes features that use artificial intelligence (AI), in particular the chat assistant Colly. Colly helps you navigate listings, suggest suitable properties and answer general questions about commercial real estate.

AI-generated responses are informational and indicative only. They may not always be current, complete or error-free. AI does not replace professional legal, financial or real estate advice. For important decisions, we always recommend consulting a member of our team.

When using AI features, do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords, financial information or other confidential information. All conversations with Colly may be recorded and analysed to improve service quality. Please do not send content through the AI assistant that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws.

Use of the Site

The Site is intended primarily for searching and obtaining information about commercial properties. You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms and good morals.

You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, overload or disrupt its operation, or abuse forms, APIs or other features to send unsolicited messages, carry out automated data collection without our consent or engage in other harmful activity.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, maps, property databases, software and other elements, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated. You may use these materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to searching for property on PropertyMaps.cz.

Without prior written consent from Colliers or the relevant owner, you may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell or otherwise exploit Site content for commercial purposes. The Colliers, PropertyMaps.cz and other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Links to third parties

The Site may contain links to external pages, such as property profiles, partner services or public registers. Colliers is not responsible for the content, security or practices of these third parties. We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any external site before using it.

Liability and limitations

Colliers strives to keep information on the Site current and accurate, but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or currency. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

Colliers is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from use of the Site, including reliance on information obtained through the AI assistant, calculators or other tools. This limitation does not apply to the extent it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic, unless the parties agree otherwise.
