Nová Špitálka
Description
At its time, Nová Špitálka was a technologically unique complex, yet, the future promises an intelligent quarter which will set new trends. From the 1930s, the dominant of the area was the local gasworks and textile manufactory. The complex at Plynárenská 1 makes up of a number of modern and renovated administrative and industrial buildings. Most of them were built between 1996 and 2005, but periodically undergo modernization. Thus, the complex offers offices for lease at a wide range between just 25 square meters up to 5000 meters.
