Description
The Czech Technology Park is a low density development providing modern business premises for technology companies, located adjacent to the Brno University of Technology. The Phase 1 provides a total of 52,000 sqm of high specification office, research and light industrial space. The park is intended to provide a total of 190,000 sqm (Phase 1 and Phase 2) of mixed commercial accommodation for office, research and light industry, together with associated retail, leisure and services facilities. Building A is part of phase 2 which will include eight buildings.
Location and access
The Czech Technology Park is located in Brno - Královo Pole in northwest part of Brno along Hradecká Street which is connecting directly to city ring road. The highway D1 (exit 190) is some 9 km away and is reachable within 15 minutes by car.
