Vlněna Office Park
Description
Vlnena Office Park is a new revitalization project of the former textile factory in Brno which will offer more than 120,000 sq m of office space. At this moment, the first 45,000 sq m are prepared to be built. All buildings will be certified according to BREEAM. Vlnena Office Park will offer similar services which are available at Spielberk Office Centre and lots of other services in the close vicinity which are easily accessible on foot (Tesco, Galerie Vankovka and many others).
Location and access
The location of Vlnena Office Park is very pleasant for public transport. Vlnena is de facto surrounded by all the main connections in Brno (Zvonarka main bus station, the main tram station, the main train station and other bus stations at the Grandhotel Brno). Nearly 90% of all residents in Brno can be within 30 minutes in the Park and within 60 minutes 1 million of potential employees from Brno and its surroundings are in the Park as well. This gives employers a big competitive advantage in the field of recruitment.
