Description
Nová Envelopa offers a flexible floor division on around 15 000sqm with the average floors size around 2000sqm. The building is six stories tall but also offers additional three floors of underground parking. The design of the building is inspired by the latest trends in office and retail architecture.
Location and access
Nová Envelopa is located in the eponymous region of Olomouc which directly follows the city center of the historical Moravian metropolis. The rapidly developing region is the home of the local universities as well as many state and city offices, and the shopping center Šantovka. Thus, all civil amenities are all located in the proximity. Regarding access to the building, a tram and bus station is located right outside of the building. It take a five minute ride by tram to the main train station or a ten-minute walk to the city center.
