Description
LETNÁ OBCHODNÍ CENTRUM is a multifunctional business-administrative project with a lettable area 21 000 sq m. A shopping center with a supermarket with a total size of over 15,000 sq m will take up the lower three floors of the building. Retail units will include shops of various types of goods, restaurants and cafes. In addition, the offer will also expand other services for citizens. Escalators and elevators provide interconnection of individual floors. The two top floors will be used as office space that will offer more than 5,800 sq m of quality and flexible office space of category A. Three underground floors will have a total of 500 parking spaces. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2019.
Location and access
The project is located between Strojnicka and Veletrzni steets and Parkhotel in Prague 7 - Holesovice close to the Stromovka park and offers great access by car and public transportation. A tram stop providing connection to metro station Nadrazi Holesovice (line C) can be reached within 1-2 minutes walk.
