Description
Cube Office Centre was designed by architects Stanislav Franc, Jan Novacek and Vladimir Fencl. The panel construction consists of more than 20,000 sq m of usable space distributed across seven floors. The building is divided into two parts; a main building with approximately 16,000 sq m and an annex building of about 4,000 sq m. The property provides 355 parking spaces, an on-site employee cafeteria and sporting facilities.

Cube Office Centre is situated in a quiet location in close vicinity to Divoka Sarka Park. The location provides great access to the international airport Prague-Ruzyne (approx. 5 minutes by car) and D5 Highway towards Pilsen and Germany. Cube Office Centre also offers good connection by public transport. The building is accessible through Metro A line station Nádraží Veleslavín a few minutes walk away.
