Description
The building is undergoing complete reconstruction. The project has been carefully planned to upgrade the building’s facilities and amenities while maintaining the unique industrial character of its national heritage. The total area of E Factory exceeds 27,000 square meters, offering space for art galleries and studios, business units, cafes and restaurants, sports and training facilities, cultural events, co-working and traditional offices.
Location and access
Excellent accessibility by both public transport and car. A tram stop is situated directly in front of the Building E. The metro stop Kolbenova is within a 5 minute walking distance. Cycling on a the site’s adjacent, pleasant bike path leads you to the city centre in just 20 minutes. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Vysočany’s near-by administrative and shopping zones.
