Description
The concept of Nová Masaryčka arose from the world-famous Zaha Hadid Architecture Studio. The project plans to revitalize the brownfield around Masarykovo railway station and Florenc bring new life into the location. The two buildings will offer seven and nine overground floors of High Street retail and modern offices.
Location and access
This unique project is situated in the proximity of many major transportation hubs, including the Masarykovo railway station and Florenc bus (with both national and international connections) and underground (lines B and C) hub. The building are also accessible by car or tram. The vicinity offers all civil amenities, supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, parks, or gyms. Besides, the beautiful historic city center of Prague is right out of the windows of Nová Masaryčka.
