Description
OXYMA is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies that minimize operating costs and thus reduce the environmental burden. The building includes smart energy management systems including back-up energy sources motor generators, a photovoltaic power plant, rainwater storage tanks for maintenance of living areas and comprehensive facilities for electromobility - fast charging of cars and bikes. Location and access
Thanks to the joint efforts of the Prague 10 Municipal District, the Institute of Planning and Development of the Capital City of Prague, the current industrial area of Malešice has been transformed into an industrial area. Prague and the technology companies operating in the area are gradually turning into the Malešice Technology Park - a place for modern and sustainable living. The building is easy to access by car or public transport as the metro A line stop Depo Hostivař is not far away.
