Praga Office&Garden
Description
The modern PRAGA Office & Garden building was constructed in the increasingly popular neighborhood of Karlín, which has recently become the favorite location of young, innovative companies. The ADNS studio lent the building a singular air — clean, geometric lines combined with a prominent facade that blend seamlessly with the local, architecturally mixed city blocks. The project was developed by M2 Real Estate.
Location and access
Pernerova Street, which traverses Karlín, underwent an extraordinary transformation in the last several years. On one end, it is surrounded by peaceful Vítkov Hill, and on the other the pulsating energy of a vibrant urban neighborhood. There are green spaces as well as venues for cultural and musical events — Forum Karlín, the Karlín Musical Theater, or the multi-use Kasárna Karlín project. A unique public space will emerge after the reconstruction of the Negrelli viaduct.
