Description
The FORUM is one of the largest historical buildings on Prague’s Wenceslas Square and is listed as a cultural real estate landmark. This prestigious Neo-Baroque structure dates back to 1986. The unique Emperor’s Staircase with its Baroque stucco work is a dominant feature of the building. The property originally housed the Assicurazioni Generali insurance company where Franz Kafka, one of the most influential writers of 20th century, worked.
Location and access
Forum office building is located in the centre of Prague, on the corner of Vaclavske namesti and Jindrisska street. It offers high quality office and retail space. Plenty of restaurants, shops, banks and other services can be found in close vicinity. The metro station „Mustek“ (line A,B) can accessed directly from the building. Metro station „Muzeum“ (line A,C) and several tram lines can be reached within few minutes walk. Parking is available, but limited within the complex. Additional or visitors spaces can be secured nearby.
