The area of the Nuselský pivovar is an area with a rich history and a protected ensemble of industrial architecture. The project combines a careful reconstruction of historic buildings and a new concept of residential development, which will offer 450 residential units.

A commercial arcade will be created in the historic building with 2015 m2 of retail space complemented by 1530 m2 of retail space in the residential part.
Location and access
A new urban district called Nuselský pivovar is growing in the Nusel Valley in the area between Bělehradská and Křesomyslova streets near the Na Fidlovačce theatre on the right bank of the Botič river in the Prague 4 district of Nusle. It covers an area of almost 32,000 square meters in the middle of a lively urban area, yet protected from the surrounding street bustle.
